Delivery

Delivery Options
 
Delivery costs vary depending on what you purchase. If you order lamainte flooring then the delivery charge is a flat rate of £29.99 for all orders within mainland UK regardless of quantity. If you order a rug or any accessories then the delivery charge is a flat rate of £14.99 for all orders within mainland UK. If you would like to purchase more than one item then we may be able to offer a combined delivery charge, please contact us to see if we can help you. If you need a quote for delivery outside of mainland UK, please contact us before you place an order.

Collection is welcome from our retail warehous in Birmingham, when placing your order simply click on the collection option from the delivery options and you will not be charged at the checkout page.  
 
Dispatch Policy
 
Most of our laminate orders are dispatched from stock so in some cases can be with you within 48 hours. Next day delivery can be arranged if required for products that are in stock. For next day delivery, orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 10am. We can not offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays.
 
Delivery Conditions

All Flooring deliveries are made to the kerbside at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the products. As deliveries will be made by a large lorry it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, for example the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order.

Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the couriers discretion. Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after the driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.
 
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur a return delivery charge. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you will be charged for a re-delivery.
 
If the wrong option is selected from the delivery options it may result in your order being delayed, please contact us before you place an order if you are unsure about any delivery costs.
Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location.
 
When Your Order Arrives
 
When your order arrives please inspect the condition and entirety of your delivery, make sure there are no items missing or any damaged materials. All deliveries are curbside. This means that you (or someone able) must be home to take the material from the trailer to your home. The driver will only unload to the curbside and is not required to enter your home.
 
DO NOT let the driver leave until you have verified the material received is in good condition and that all material has been accounted for. Any damages or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt. If not noted we are unable to process with any replacement products.
 
Proir To Installation

Please ensure that you inspect your goods prior to installion and that the goods are correct as per your order and that you are happy with the appearance and quality. Once the installation has started no claims for incorrect goods will be accepted.
 
All carriers are selected through stringent guidelines for service and quality control. If you have a concern regarding delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Any damaged goods MUST be signed as damaged on the delivery note, We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods.
