All the prices shown include vat so this wont be added at the checkout stage like many other online sales businesses do.
Samples
Samples are produced by taking a pack out of our stock to cut up and label as samples, this gives the best representation we could possibly hope for, completely random and not tempered with. This shows what the product is capable of looking like, we come to this conclusion because we could have easily of chosen a different pack for samples and then it would have therefore been dispatched and used on a job for the end user. We use this method as we do not believe in cosmetically displaying or changing samples to give an untrue reflection on our products. We believe our samples are of a reasonable size (average 150mm wide x width of specific board) however we cannot guarantee that it will give full reflection of the properties of our wood flooring as it is a natural source and natural product, no one piece will ever be identical to another.
Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
